Membership registration, renewals and fee collection for 2010 is open. Please contact fbc.administration@gmail.com for more information.
Membership categories
FBC offers three membership categories to choose from. New members do not need to be introduced or nominated. You can simply apply to join by completing the application form and profile.
The Fee of your membership category - AED per year is required to contribute to administration costs.

BIG firm membership
BIG FIRM - membership category is for corporates or firms with more than 50 personnel in Finland and worldwide.
According to the FBC constitution: “Finnish Corporate Members; The representatives of Finnish companies with at least 50 employees (in Finland, in the UAE or elsewhere) operating in the Country throughout branches, representative offices or any other legal entity and/or in association with others, that have associated with the FBC, having duly paid their membership fee.”
Membership fee 2010: 3500 AED/year.
Membership includes:
- Entry to FBC organized events for the nominated 5 company members. The rest of the workers enter in Individual category.
- One company introduction with logo in the FinnBiz newsletter.
- Company Introduction on our FBC-web Business Directory
- FinnBiz e-newsletter delivered to your email address

MEDIUM firm membership
Medium firm membership is for companies from 6-50 employees world wide.
Membership fee 2010: 1800 AED.
Membership includes:
Entry to FBC organized events for the nominated 4 company members. The rest of the workers enter in Individual category.
One company introduction with logo in the FinnBiz newsletter.

SMALL firm membership
SMALL firm membership category is for firms with 5 or less personnel in Finland and worldwide.
According to FBC constitution: “Finnish Business Members; The representatives of Finnish companies with less than 1-5 employees (in Finland, in the UAE or elsewhere) operating in the Country through branches, representative offices or any other legal entity and/or in partnership with others, that have associated with the FBC, having duly paid their membership fee.”
Membership fee 2010: 1000 AED.
Membership includes:
- Entry to FBC organized events for total three (3) company members (rest of the workers enter in our Individual category).
- One company introduction with logo in the FinnBIZ newsletter
- Entry to FBC organized events for the nominated 3 company members.
- Introduction on our FBC-web Business Directory
- FinnBIZ e-newsletter delivered to your email address

FAMILY membership
Family-category is for families e.g. couples.
Membership fee 2010: 600 AED.
Membership includes:
Entry to FBC organized events for the 2 family members.
Introduction of your employer, business, profession or your title on FBC member list

INDIVIDUAL membership
This is the membership category for individual single entry as your private membership.
According to FBC constitution: “Finnish Individual Members; Finnish individuals, resident in the UAE, practicing an industrial, commercial and/or professional activity as free-lancers, or in partnership with others, or working for non-Finnish organizations, who want actively participate to the life, the activities and the decisions of the Association, having duly paid their membership fee.”
Membership fee 2010: 500 AED.
Membership includes:
- Entry to FBC organized events, meetings, conferences, excursions etc.
- Introduction of your employer, business, profession or your title on FBC member list
- FinnBIZ e-newsletter delivered to your email address
